Totals that hold

Integer minor units, one rounding rule, server-authoritative amounts.

Every entry accounted

Reversals instead of deletions, with a reason attached.

Built for follow-up

Status history shows issued, viewed, reminded and paid.

How it works

Three steps, no spreadsheet gymnastics

The workflow mirrors how a small business actually gets paid: issue a document, hand over a link, then watch the balances.

01

Build the document

Pick a client, add line items, choose the currency and tax rate. Totals are calculated from integers, never floating point.

02

Share a secure link

Issue the invoice and send an unguessable link. Your client sees the amount due and pays on a hosted checkout.

03

Follow the money

Every capture, fee, settlement and payout is a ledger entry, so pending and available balances always reconcile.

What is included

The parts that decide whether billing feels calm

All features

Invoices & estimates

Drafts, issuance, reminders, duplication and an accepted-estimate-to-invoice path that cannot run twice.

Multi-currency by design

Store currency beside every amount. Balances are kept per currency — they are never added together.

Decimal-safe totals

Amounts live in minor units. Discounts apply before tax, and the same rules run on the server as in the editor.

Settlement clarity

Captured, pending and available are separate states. A paid invoice is not the same thing as cleared funds.

Private by default

Ownership is enforced server-side on every read and write. Public links expose only what a payer needs.

Estimate approvals

Clients accept or decline from a shared link, and you keep a dated record of the decision.

Balances you can explain

Invoiced is not the same as collected

The overview separates what you billed, what was actually captured, what is still settling, what you can withdraw, and what has already been paid out. Each figure is derived from ledger movements for one currency at a time.

  • Pending: captured and awaiting settlement
  • Available: cleared and eligible for withdrawal
  • Reserved: committed to a payout request
  • Paid out: completed withdrawals
