Acceptable use policy

What this platform may and may not be used for.

Draft for review. This page is a working draft and is not yet legal advice or a binding agreement.

01Permitted use

Invoicing genuine goods and services that you are authorised to sell, to clients you have a real commercial relationship with.

Keeping your own business records, estimates and payment history accurate and up to date.

02Prohibited use

Invoices for goods or services that are illegal where you or your customer are located, or that are prohibited by the payment provider.

Using the platform to move money between parties as a substitute for a licensed money transmission or stored-value service.

Creating invoices to test stolen card details, launder funds, evade sanctions, or misrepresent a business or its ownership.

Uploading malware, attempting to access another merchant's records, probing the API, or interfering with the service.

Sending unsolicited bulk email through invoice or reminder features.

03Verification and cooperation

We may ask for information needed to verify a business, or to review a payment, payout or dispute. Verification is a review process; submitting a document does not by itself make an account verified.

Accounts may be restricted while a review is open, and repeated or serious violations may result in suspension.

04Reporting

Report suspected misuse through the support page. Reports are logged and reviewed by an administrator.
