Features

Everything billing needs, and nothing that pretends

Built around three concerns that decide whether invoicing feels trustworthy: the document, the money, and who is allowed to touch either.

Documents

Invoices and estimates that behave like financial records, not notes.

Invoice editor

Line items, quantities, unit prices, invoice-level discounts and configurable tax rates, with totals shown live and recalculated on the server.

Estimates & quotations

Send a quote, track expiry, and record the client's accept or decline decision with a timestamp.

Status history

Draft, issued, sent, viewed, partially paid, paid, overdue, void and refunded — each transition recorded.

Issue snapshots

An issued invoice keeps the business and client details your customer received, so later edits cannot rewrite history.

Money

Payment attempts, settlements and withdrawals kept as separate, explainable facts.

Hosted checkout

Amounts come from the invoice balance on the server. A browser cannot choose what it pays.

Settlement states

Pending, available, reserved and paid out are distinct buckets, per currency.

Idempotent processing

Every ledger entry carries a business reference, so a repeated webhook cannot credit an invoice twice.

Reporting

Monthly billing and collection charts, plus CSV exports of transactions and ledger movements.

Operations

Controls for the people running the platform, with an audit trail behind them.

Client records

Contact and billing details, tax identifiers, private notes, and every document linked to that client.

Currencies

Multi-currency invoices with currency stored beside each amount and balances never mixed.

Access control

Server-side ownership checks on reads and writes; administrative actions require an admin role verified on the server.

Admin console

Verification queue, payout review, account suspension with a reason, fee configuration and integration health.

What stays off until a provider is connected

Online checkout, settlement and payout transfers switch on only when the provider credentials are configured and verified, and webhooks are reaching us. Until then the payment page says online payment is unavailable and offers bank-transfer instructions — it never reports a payment that did not happen.
