Terms of service

The working rules for using this invoicing platform.

Draft for review. This page is a working draft and is not yet legal advice or a binding agreement.

01The service

This application helps a business create invoices and estimates, share them with clients, record payments and follow settlement and payout status.

It is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It is not a bank, does not hold customer funds, and does not itself provide regulated financial services.

02Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and you must use accurate business details when completing verification.

Accounts may be suspended where there is a legal obligation, a credible fraud or abuse signal, or a risk to other users. Suspensions are recorded with a reason and can be reviewed.

03Invoices, estimates and taxes

You are responsible for the contents of the documents you issue, including descriptions, prices, discounts, tax rates and currency.

The application calculates totals from the values you supply, but it does not determine whether a tax rate, registration threshold or invoicing requirement applies to you.

Issued documents capture a snapshot of your business and client details at the time of issue. Corrections to an issued invoice are made by voiding it and issuing a replacement, or through a credit note where supported.

04Payments and payouts

Card payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Their terms, supported currencies, fees and settlement timing apply in addition to these terms.

Amounts are calculated on the server from the invoice balance. A payment is only treated as confirmed when the provider returns or verifies a successful status.

Payouts are available only for verified merchants, in supported currencies, within configured limits and against cleared available funds. A payout request reserves funds; a failed or cancelled payout releases that reservation once.

05Simulated features

Where no payment provider credentials are configured, checkout, settlement and payout flows run in a clearly labelled simulation. Nothing in a simulated flow moves real money.

06Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Provider outages, network failures and maintenance can interrupt payment flows, and a payment is never considered complete merely because a page reported success.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the final reviewed agreement rather than in this draft.

07Changes

Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect. This draft is not yet in force.
